This was a brand-new (and almost complete) $400,000 home that was vacant and actively listed for sale. It was built complete with custom finish-outs such as bamboo flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances,  maple cabinetry, and many more high-end upgrades and it was in a very desirable regentrification area.  It seems that some of the neighbors didn’t appreciate anyone bettering their neighborhood.
