Canceling a policy is easy. If you sell a property or it’s occupancy status changes, simply contact us by phone or email and we will take care of the rest!  If it is an ‘unearned’ premium policy, any premiums that you have overpaid will be calculated by the insurance carrier and a refund check sent to your mailing address. It’s that easy!
