Why Can’t I Get A Quote Online?

Unlike traditional home and auto insurance, quotes for dwelling policies, vacant homes, and similar risks cannot be quoted online. Simply put, there are too many companies, unusual variations from one property (or risk) to another and it is virtually impossible to create the software and internal systems necessary to quote such policies. Therefore, we (as investors and agents) must look at each risk and each request individually in order to determine the best ‘market’ for the risk and exactly how to quote it so that the appropriate protections are included and we do what is in our client’s best interest. This often requires paper applications and client information forms that we use to gather information and provide the best quotes possible.
