Of Course We Do!  We work with several companies to insure ‘mobile’ homes (pre-1978) as well as ‘manufactured’ homes (post 1978 construction), whether they are owner-occupied or used for rental income and even construction trailers and seasonal occupancy.  Manufactured homes are insured differently than traditional site-built homes and we are experts in manufactured home insurance!
